Would you like to snorkel with the World War II Airplane Wreck in Sardinia? This Airplane Wreck And Giant Anchors Snorkeling Tour With Kayaking offers you the opportunity to see the Underwater aircraft without the need of Scuba diving! We start the adventure from Saline Beach in Capo Comino, it’s a very beautiful unspoiled natural beach with its crystal clear waters. You can easily see the bottom of the blue sea by snorkeling.
Our experienced guide will give you a safety briefing on the beach and show you basic skills before the adventure. During the kayaking, the guide will tell you information about the nature around the area and the story of the “Spanish Giant Anchors“.
The 1st Snorkeling spot is the Giant Anchors, where you can see the Underwater Giant Anchors with fishes around. Then we will kayak to the 2nd spot – World War II Airplane Wreck. This Aircraft Wreck sank offshore in 1963. It’s an American fighter aircraft – Chance Vought F4U Corsair.
You will feel like snorkeling in the natural swimming pool because of the High visibility of the water, and you can easily see the Underwater Airplane (approximately 6 meters deep) by snorkeling from the surface.
This is absolutely a paradise for you if you like snorkeling or free diving! Our certified guide will keep you company the whole time and take underwater pictures/ videos for you and send you back after the tour.
