The Akureyri Northern Lights Tour begins from Akureyri. We will pick you up from your hotel, Guesthouse and airport in Akureyri. Please write down your preferred pick-up location. We will leave the city light pollution behind and head out into the darkness of the countryside,so that the Northern Lights can be seen in all their beauty and colors.
This amazing tour takes you hunting for Northern lights with our expert top rated Northern Lights guide through the winter night. Your local guide will also share Icelandic tales during the tour. Please note the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and are also depending on weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be seen. However, we offer a free retry the next day if the guide confirms no lights were seen.
