Zahara de los Atunes Cadiz Beginner Surf Lesson begins with a surf briefing and specific warm-up for surfing, which is followed by an introduction to the most important safety concepts and basic skills that a surfer needs to know about. After this introduction, it is time to get into the water and start catching the first waves with our certified instructors, who will help you to stand up on the board and teach you how to catch the waves.
Zahara de los Atunes Cadiz has the best sea conditions to learn how to surf as a beginner and improve your surfing skills. The small and clean waves break on a perfect sandy beach where is safe for falling down 🙂 and these conditions are perfect for beginners.
All equipment (Surf board + Wetsuit), insurance and certificated instructors are provided. So you can feel safe surfing with us!

Itinerary:
16:00-16:30 – Choice of material and transfer to the beach
16:30-16:45 – Briefing on the beach
16:45-18:30 – Practical surf classes with warm-up and games
18:30-18:50 – Juices, energy bars or fruit and water
18:50-19:50 – Surf practice classes
19:50-19:55 – Stretching
19:55-20:15 – Transfer to the school
