Full Description

Tromso Night Reindeer Sledding And Northern Lights Tour With Traditional Sami Dinner

After meeting your guide in the city center, we’ll take a 25-minute drive along the coast to the Sami camp, where reindeer (with the chance to feed them too) and sleds will be ready to greet you.

Upon arrival, embark on a 15-20 minute sledding ride through the valley and along the stunning coastline, led by reindeer and accompanied by your Sami guide. You have the opportunity to witness the Northern Lights on a clear night!

After the adventure, step into the cozy candlelit Gamme (a traditional Sami hut) for a delicious traditional three-course dinner prepared over an open fire and hot drinks (hot tea, coffee, or hot chocolate). A vegetarian option is also available.

You’ll sit around the fire and listen to fascinating stories about Sami culture and the life of a reindeer herder. Be enchanted as your guide performs a joik – traditional Sami songs passed down through generations.

Then, step outside into the crisp Arctic night to see if the Northern Lights dance above the reindeer camp. At the end of your adventure, return to your meeting point in Tromsø at about 22.30 pm.
